Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with Covers4Phones.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–12 Business Days

Canada: 7–15 Business Days

United Kingdom: 7–15 Business Days

Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 Business Days

Europe: 7–18 Business Days

Rest of the World: 10–20 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any such promotions will be clearly stated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Covers4Phones cannot guarantee successful delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Covers4Phones is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by shipping carriers after they have been handed over for delivery.

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly and also reach out to our support team for assistance.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
